Her approach involves utilizing several concepts of yoga, physical movement and yoga philosophy, mindfulness, meditation, breathing, and relaxation to help relieve pain and suffering, soothe the nervous system, and support the individual on their journey toward their vision and expression of a quality life.
This approach is rooted in the systematic treatment of yoga teachings and its deep respect for the intelligence of the whole person's connection and the human capacity to guide ourselves internally to realign with joy and ease in our daily lives.
